Very inspiring work by Copenhagen based art director / studio Mark Brunswicker.

Philip Goss is a living legend in the world of denim. He decided to go independent in 2003 by starting IJIN Material. The traditional Japanese word IJIN was once used to define somebody as a stranger or an outsider. It can sometimes describe a person as a black sheep. The brand Ijin Material is an independent outsider that places a question mark behind any conventional jean detail. Goss enjoys adding traditional components in a ‘Ijin Material way’ like for instance stitched rivets and his famous backstrap. Next to his dry Japanese jeans program Goss developed some natural vintage, hand-washed and -damaged qualities that make you get tears in your eyes.
